As your UGC programme grows you may need more, or you may want to scale back for a quieter season. Changing plans is self-serve from billing.
Change your plan
- Open billing. Go to Settings → Billing.
- Choose a plan. Select the plan you want to move to. The page shows what changes.
- Confirm. Confirm the change. An upgrade typically takes effect right away so you get the added capability immediately.
- Review the timing. A downgrade usually applies from the next billing period, so you keep what you’re paying for until then.
If it doesn’t work
If a plan change is blocked, it’s usually a payment method issue; confirm your card on file is valid in billing, then retry.
