Upgrade or downgrade your plan

Change plans when your needs change, and understand when the change and any billing adjustment take effect.

As your UGC programme grows you may need more, or you may want to scale back for a quieter season. Changing plans is self-serve from billing.

Change your plan

  1. Open billing. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Choose a plan. Select the plan you want to move to. The page shows what changes.
  3. Confirm. Confirm the change. An upgrade typically takes effect right away so you get the added capability immediately.
  4. Review the timing. A downgrade usually applies from the next billing period, so you keep what you’re paying for until then.

If it doesn’t work

If a plan change is blocked, it’s usually a payment method issue; confirm your card on file is valid in billing, then retry.
