Edit a post’s caption and details

Change a post’s caption and details with Edit Post from the Edit section of the menu. A quick guide to the per-post edit action.

Edit Post ("Modify caption and details") lets you adjust the text and details that show with a post, so the copy reads the way you want in the widget rather than however it arrived from the source.

Edit a post

  1. Open the post’s menu. Click the three-dot actions menu on the post.
  2. Choose Edit Post. Under the Edit section, click Edit Post ("Modify caption and details").
  3. Make your changes and save. Update the caption and any editable details, then save. The widget reflects the change.
  • Set or generate a video thumbnail: /help/set-video-thumbnail
  • Add labels to a post: /help/add-labels-to-a-post
  • Add a CTA to a post: /help/add-a-cta-to-a-post
