Most brands run UGC as a small team: someone curates, someone owns rights, someone watches analytics. Inviting teammates keeps that work in one workspace instead of one shared login.
Invite a teammate
- Open team settings. Go to Settings and open the team or members area.
- Send an invite. Enter the person’s email and send the invite. They get a link to join your workspace.
- Set their access. Choose what they can do, for example curate collections and run rights requests, versus view-only access to reports.
- Confirm they joined. Once they accept, they appear in the members list and can sign in to the same workspace.
If it doesn’t work
If an invite never arrives, check the address for typos and ask the teammate to look in spam. You can resend or revoke an invite from the members list at any time.
