If new posts aren’t arriving from a source, it’s usually one of three things: the connection has lapsed, the content is private, or it just hasn’t been picked up yet. Check them in that order.
Fix a stalled sync
- Re-authorise the source. Platform tokens expire. Re-authorise the source so Idukki can keep reading from it.
- Confirm the content is public. Private accounts and posts can’t be imported. Make sure what you expect to pull is public.
- Check the feed type. Confirm the source is set to the right feed (your posts, mentions or a hashtag) for the content you’re expecting.
- Give it time. Brand-new posts can take a little while to appear on the next refresh; they don’t always show instantly.
