BigCommerce is a supported ecommerce platform on Idukki. The integration syncs your catalogue so UGC can be tagged to products, and forwards purchase events for revenue attribution.
Connect BigCommerce
- Open integration settings. In Settings → Integrations, choose BigCommerce and enter your store details.
- Authorise access. Approve read access to products and orders so Idukki can import your catalogue and track purchases.
- Sync the catalogue. Idukki pulls your products (titles, prices, images, SKUs, variants) for tagging.
- Embed the widget. Add the embed snippet to the storefront page or template where you want the widget to appear.

If products don’t appear on tiles, re-run the sync and confirm the API access you approved includes products. If purchases aren’t attributed, confirm order access was granted during authorisation.
