Idukki Surveys lets you build a short survey, share it as a hosted link, and collect structured responses straight into your workspace. You can mix question types in one survey and the response count is live, with no paywall on how many answers you collect.
Create and share a survey
- Pick the question types. Choose from NPS (0–10), star rating (1–5 for CSAT), open text, and single-select multiple choice. Mix them in one survey and set each question required or optional.
- Set the title and thank-you. Add a survey title, a description and the message respondents see after they submit. An active toggle keeps the survey live or paused.
- Share the link. Every survey gets a hosted URL at idukki.io/surveys/[id]. Drop it into an email, an SMS, your link-in-bio page, or a post-purchase page.
- Read the results. Watch the live response count and per-question breakdown. NPS auto-segments respondents into Promoters, Passives and Detractors, and you can export to CSV.

- Where can I use the survey link?
- Anywhere you can put a URL: a Shopify order-confirmation email for post-purchase CSAT, a Klaviyo campaign for a quarterly NPS pulse, your link-in-bio, or a private pre-launch panel.
- Is the NPS scoring done for me?
- Yes. NPS responses auto-segment into Promoters, Passives and Detractors in the results view, so you can route promoters into a referral campaign and detractors into a save flow.
