The point of tagging is conversion: a shopper sees a product in a real customer’s post and buys it without hunting for the product page. With tagged products and a connected store, the widget can add to cart and move the shopper toward checkout in a click.
Turn on one-click checkout
- Connect your store. Confirm your ecommerce platform is integrated so the widget can talk to your cart.
- Tag the products. Tag the SKUs in each post, manually or with AI, so there is something to add to cart.
- Enable the cart action. In the layout settings, make sure the add-to-cart or buy action is shown on tagged tiles.
- Test the path. On a preview, add a tagged product to cart from the widget and confirm it lands in your store’s cart correctly.
If it doesn’t work
If adding to cart does nothing, confirm the product is tagged and your store integration is connected. If the wrong variant is added, check that the tag points at the specific variant the post shows.
