You can download the original file behind a post when you need it elsewhere, for an ad, an email, or your own archive. The download control sits on the post card; the asset detail panel also offers a download of the original.
Download a post
- Find the download control. On the post card, click the download icon in the card toolbar.
- Acknowledge the rights reminder if shown. For a post that is not approved, a reminder asks you to confirm you have the necessary approval before proceeding. You can choose Download Anyway, or Request Approval to start the rights flow first.
- Save the file. The original image or video downloads to your device.
Downloading several at once
Select multiple posts and use the bulk Download action in the selection bar to download them together. The dashboard confirms how many assets were downloaded.
