If a post isn’t shoppable, or it tags the wrong item, the issue is usually the catalogue sync or a low-confidence AI match. Both are quick to sort out.
Fix product tags
- Re-sync your catalogue. If a product isn’t available to tag, re-run the store sync and confirm the SKU is enabled and visible in your store.
- Review AI suggestions. For AI-tagged posts, open the suggestions and accept the right match or correct a low-confidence one.
- Tag the hero posts by hand. For your most important posts, tag manually so you’re certain the right SKU and variant are attached.
- Check the variant. If the wrong variant adds to cart, confirm the tag points at the specific variant the post shows.
