Idukki vs Growave
Growave is an all-in-one Shopify retention suite: loyalty + rewards, wishlist, referrals and reviews bundled into one order-volume-billed subscription, with a 4.8-star, Built-for-Shopify listing across 1,200+ reviews. The catch for visual marketers is that UGC is its thinnest module: Instagram-only galleries, no shoppable video, no rights workflow, no other social sources. Different job to Idukki, and not an either-or. Keep Growave for loyalty and wishlist, add Idukki for the multi-source UGC + shoppable-video layer that feeds them. Growave is also Shopify-only and order-volume billed with per-order overage; Idukki is multi-platform at a flat per-impression rate.

Questions buyers ask in the room
The same questions, every time we’re in a side-by-side with Growave. Answers as we’d give them.
Can I run Idukki alongside Growave?+
Yes, and for most stores that is the right setup. Growave handles loyalty, wishlist and referrals (we don't ship those), and Idukki handles the UGC layer: multi-source social content, shoppable video, rights management and AI search. The widgets coexist cleanly on the same store, and we forward purchase events into the same GA4 + Meta Pixel. You keep your points programme and add the visual social proof that drives the conversion.
Does Growave do shoppable video?+
No. Growave's UGC is an Instagram Shop Gallery: it turns your Instagram feed into a shoppable grid, but there is no dedicated shoppable-video product, no TikTok / YouTube ingestion, and no rights-clearance workflow. If video commerce and multi-source UGC are the priority, that is the gap Idukki fills.
How does the pricing compare?+
Growave bills on monthly order volume: a capped free tier, then roughly $49 / $199 / $499 / $999 a month by order band, with per-order overage on the lower tiers and checkout extensions, headless and API access gated to the $499 Plus plan. Idukki is a flat per-impression rate with every module, every source and every platform included. Model your order volume against both; for higher-volume stores the order-band overage is where the Growave bill climbs.
