    A Slack + Discourse hybrid moderated by senior operators. Topic channels per discipline. No vendors except in invited AMA windows.

  • Monthly virtual off-sites

    One 75-minute peer session per month. Six members per table, structured topic, Chatham House rule. Recorded notes shared back to the cohort.

  • Quarterly benchmark drops

    De-identified peer benchmarks: PDP CR, email RPM, attribution shape, agency spend, AOV distribution. From members, for members.

  • Regional dinners

    In London, NYC, Berlin, Lisbon, Singapore, Toronto, Melbourne. Hosted twice a year. Sponsored by Idukki, but no slides allowed.

House rules

Five things that make a community worth showing up to.

  1. 10 vendor pitching, ever. Members can mention tools they use; vendors can attend only in invited AMAs.
  2. 2Chatham House rule by default. What is said in the room can leave the room, the speaker cannot.
  3. 3Senior operators only: heads of function, VPs, founders. We screen membership requests.
  4. 4Active participation > passive lurking. Members who stay quiet for a quarter rotate out so the seat goes to someone who shows up.
  5. 5No press, no recordings, no LinkedIn quoting without explicit consent.
Your first 90 days

From accepted to contributing.

  1. Month 1

    Onboarding call. Pick your two priority channels. First off-site invite lands inside week three.

  2. Month 2

    First peer dinner if you're in a Ridge city. First benchmark drop hits your inbox.

  3. Month 3

    You host or co-host an AMA on a topic you have hard-earned insight on. Quarterly review with the curator.
